The Setup
Two halves. Same state.
The north is open. Anyone can drive in and start playing. The city's allowlist — you get there by running the Residency Quests with the character you actually want to play.
Open from day one. Big map, back roads, ranches, small towns, plenty of room to be left alone or build something. Some parts barely have law.
You can't just drive in. The Residency Quests walk your character through who they are and why they're here, and you get in when that's done. Keeps the city worth playing.
Onboarding that also doubles as lore. You build out your character while showing they belong. Everybody who's in the city ran this.
What's here
Stuff that actually runs
Government & law
Silvercrest has a real state government. Cops, courts, departments — all of them have ranks, people in them, and chains of command that get used.
Economy & business
Players run businesses. The Board of Trustees handles loans and approvals. Money moves around based on what the community is doing, not a reset script.
Healthcare
AvianHealth is the state hospital. Public-private setup. EMS, clinical staff, the whole thing — medical scenes are written to last.
The other side
Families and syndicates run alongside everything else. There's beef, there's product moving, and getting caught actually means something.
