Factions range from street-level criminal organizations to legitimate corporations operating under the watchful eye of the Board of Trustees. Government bodies function as their own kind of faction — with internal politics, competing interests, and real power over daily life.

Street Gangs
Criminal street organizations operating primarily within city limits and the northern territories. Gang activity, territory, and internal hierarchy are player-driven.

Public Services
The state's primary healthcare institution, operating as a public-private partnership under the oversight of the Board of Trustees. Encompasses Emergency Medical Services and the Clinical Department under the AvianHealth umbrella.
Government Bodies
Official state and municipal institutions. These are not player-run businesses — they are structured agencies with defined roles, hierarchies, and in-game authority.
